Atelier œnologie au Fanal – Histoire viticole et gastronomique du Bergeracois

The wine-tasting workshops at Le Fanal continue, with Ms Isabelle Roberty – a wine expert and trainer at the Muscadelle Wine School – still at the helm. She invites you to explore the sensory and intellectual aspects of local wines and flavours.

Theme: The wine and gastronomic history of Bergerac.

Come and discover why the Bergerac region, a small wine-growing area in the south-west, boasts 13 different appellations d’origine contrôlée. We’ll see how close ties with the Dutch, the English and the people of Bordeaux help explain this local richness.
You will sample four wines during the evening, accompanied by a tasting platter of local produce for each participant to enjoy.
