SOS Ados Atelier-conférence

On Saturday 3 October at 3.00 pm, the Trélissac media centre is hosting ‘SOS Ados!’, a free workshop and talk aimed at parents of teenagers and led by Juliette Saint-Martin.
How should you react when a teenager stops talking and withdraws? How can you deal with a lack of motivation or difficulties at school? How much screen time should be allowed? How can you ease everyday tensions and re-establish communication?
Through real-life situations experienced by many families, this session will help participants better understand the specific behaviours and needs of teenagers. The aim is also to provide parents with practical advice they can apply in their daily lives: approaches to adopt, words to use and mistakes to avoid.
