Cyril Haberland, who trained in prestigious establishments, was Thierry Marx's assistant.
In 2003, at the age of 28, he took up his first position as chef and was awarded his first Michelin star in 2005, which he held for 13 consecutive years. The Gault & Millau guide awarded him the Jeune Talent prize in 2007 and the Grand de Demain prize in 2012.
At the end of 2018, Cyril and his wife Anne opened 'L'Atelier' and won the Gault & Millau Naturalité award in 2019 and the Michelin Bib Gourmand in 2020.
Cyril and his team offer you quality cuisine using exclusively fresh produce that changes with the seasons.
The products are selected from the best producers in the region and beyond, the cuisine is modern and precise, and the wine list boasts over 200 references to offer you the very best in gastronomy.
