Fête du pistage

The very first National Tracking Festival, organised by Je Suis La Piste, France Pistage and the St Laurent des Bâtons Festival Committee, will take place on Sunday 19 July 2026 in St Laurent des Bâtons from 10am.

A large gathering of trackers, joined by local organisations focused on ‘Nature’ or ‘Prehistory’. All will be offering free workshops in the woods, at the stands and in the village. And the village hall will host a conference and the screening of a dozen films.
Participatory narrative tracking challenge at 4.30 pm
Performance by the Ju/’hoansi Bushmen (songs & dances) at 6 pm.
Local crafts.
Numerous partners.
