Été actif : Initiation Paddle

‘L’Été Actif’ is a programme of activities organised by the Dordogne Departmental Council in partnership with the Grand Périgueux, with the ambitious aim of offering sport for everyone, everywhere in the Dordogne.
In 2026, a packed programme of events awaits you in the Grand Périgueux area: whether you’re on your own, with friends or with family, this is your chance to enjoy a wide range of physical and sporting activities, as well as cultural and outdoor leisure pursuits.

The stand-up paddleboarding taster session allows you to learn the basics in complete safety. Supervised by a professional, this activity – accessible to all – combines balance, gliding and the joy of paddling on the water, in a stunning natural setting.
