The Grand Périgueux Inter-municipal Tourist Office, in partnership with SNCF Voyageurs and the Sarlat Périgord Noir Tourist Office, invites you to discover the Périgord in an eco-friendly way!
At Périgueux, Boulazac or Niversac stations, board the Nouvelle-Aquitaine TER trains for a tailor-made getaway to discover the treasures of the Dordogne Valley, heading for the medieval town of Sarlat.

Accompanied by a tour guide during the train journey, you’ll learn about the history of the Dordogne railway and take in the magnificent landscapes of the Dordogne Valley.
A day out including a guided tour of the town of Sarlat, renowned for its architectural unity from the Renaissance period set amongst a maze of medieval alleyways. Free time at the market.
