Situated in Grand Périgueux, on the edge of the Périgord Noir and Périgord Pourpre regions, the house is equidistant from Bergerac (airport) and Périgueux, and just 40 minutes from Sarlat, with all the best tourist spots in the Dordogne on the way.
You can enjoy your breakfast in the main room of the house or on the terrace next to the swimming pool, with a beautiful view over the garden.
There are 3 attic bedrooms on the first floor of the owners' house.
Heated swimming pool, secured by an alarm, shared with two studios and open from April to October.
