Exposition d’artisans d’art à l’écomusée – Journées Européennes des Métiers d’Art

Come and admire the work of artisans from the Greater Périgueux area, and let yourself be captivated by their meticulous craftsmanship. Through a selection of original pieces, during a week dedicated to the rich and diverse world of arts and crafts, we invite you to discover creations by a dressmaker, a sculptor-designer, a cutler and a ceramist.

We welcome to Sorges and Ligueux the textile designer “Les paillettes de Gigi” from Agonac, Laetitia and Benjamin, a sculptor-designer from Savignac-les-Eglises, Jacques Brinon, a cutler from Boulazac, and Milena Barteau, a ceramist from Sorges.

Three different exhibitions are on display at the tourist information offices in Vergt, Sorges and Niversac.
On Friday 10 April, the knife-maker Jacques Brinon will be running a demonstration stand featuring his Japanese-inspired knives, the secrets of which he alone knows.
