Atelier oenologie accord vins et foie gras
Building on its success, the ?nology workshop returns to Le Fanal for its second year, with a new concept.
Isabelle Roberty, ?nologist and trainer at the Muscadelle wine school, is still at the helm, inviting you to explore the senses and study the best possible combinations of wine varieties with the soft, refined flavours of Périgord foie gras.
During the workshop, you'll taste 4 wines to match with several variations of goose or duck foie gras, skilfully crafted by passionate producers at Ferme Milhac-Oie in Milhac d?Auberoche and Ferme de Puygauthier in Marsaneix.
The evening will close with a chat over tapas.
