TEMPO – Yves WEMEL, rythmes, couleurs et résonances – Exposition

From November 7 to December 11 2025, the Médiathèque de Trélissac will be hosting the exhibition ?TEMPO? Yves WEMEL, rhythms, colors and resonances?

Born in 1954, singer-songwriter and self-taught painter Yves Wemel has lived in Périgord since 2004. After starting out in the naïve, he turned to knife-based abstraction, where matter and color unite in a dialogue between rigor and freedom.
His works reflect a sense of rhythm and a search for shared emotion - like a pictorial resonance with his musical past.
